Steering Committee
To successfully implement the program, both a steering committee and a core group were established.
Steering Committee
The steering committee consists of directors and executives from the various area partners and organizations important to Maasheggen and meets three times a year. This body has an independent chair, Josan Meijers.

The municipalities of Mook & Middelaar, Gennep and Bergen are also joining these consultations.
Core group
The core group is the implementing organization of the program and consists of official representatives of the various area partners (with the exception of the three Limburg municipalities and ZLTO). They meet every six weeks to discuss the progress of the various projects in the Northern Meuse Valley.
Within this implementing organization they work with project groups including a management project group and a communication and participation project group.
