Maasheggen Manifesto calls for attention and support

"Let us be proud, remain proud and make others proud of The Maasheggen". With this message the eight partners, who together feel responsible for the (continued) development of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, address the administrators and council members of the current five municipalities in the Land van Cuijk.

The Maasheggen Manifesto, as the pamphlet was distributed at the end of May, calls on politicians to pay attention to and keep attention to the oldest cultural landscape in the Netherlands. "Continue to support projects in the Maasheggengebied, in word and gesture," reads one of a total of 10 points of attention. The Maasheggen Manifesto has been sent to all political parties that will participate in the municipal elections of the new municipality of Land van Cuijk at the end of 2021.
