Walk KBO and IVN around Sambeek

On Thursday, September 5, KBO Boxmeer and IVN De Maasvallei are organizing a walk to the Maasheggen area between Boxmeer and Sambeek. The route goes along the Maas and through De Maasheggen to the lock in Sambeek and back. Deenemers will see how the wet spring has affected the vegetation. Do remember appropriate footwear; it can be wet and swampy.
Departure at 1:30 p.m. at the corner Loerangelsestraat/Warandastraat in Boxmeer (IVN flag). Afterwards there is coffee/tea, offered by KBO Boxmeer. Non-members are also welcome.
