Recordings for TV show Inside Out

The Maasheggen remains a source of inspiration for television programs.

Last week (March 17), a camera crew from BinnensteBuiten (KRO-NCRV) was a guest in the Maasheggengebied. They made recordings of the Oeffelter Meent and the Middelsteegse Weiden, among others. The hedges previously plaited by foreign plaiters and the Viltsche Graaf were also filmed. The walk through the area was guided by foresters Gonnie Versteeg and Marieke Schattelijn of Staatsbosbeheer.
Furthermore, the winning team of the NK Maasheggenvlechten, the team Grutters, also got to show their braiding skills on film.

The program will air in early April.
