Two thousand meters of new hedge thanks to MaasheggenMooi

The MaasheggenMooi campaign has already raised over €16,225 within just a few months. Much of that amount will be used to plant over two thousand meters of new hedges in the fall.

MaasheggenMooi is an initiative of Lars van Peij, employee of the Vereniging Nederlands Cultuurlandschap and warm advocate of the Maasheggen. Lars has Huntington's disease and has made it his mission "to leave something beautiful behind." Among other things, he walked the Kennedymarch earlier this year, raising a significant portion of the aforementioned amount.
